the breakfast ordering system is an absolute disaster! it was chaotic & my food arrived at different times. Also, I was shocked there was no coffee machine in the room! I thought a four-star hotel would offer that as standard. I woudl ve been happier if they had at least offered a small welcome gift. I just couldn't give a good review.
