During our Christmas stay, we had a fantastic time at this charming hotel. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the beautiful walled town. the parking was easy and convenient, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. the property itself was amazing, with plenty of space in our room. We loved the eclectic decor and the unique layout, with its odd stairs and spaces. the views from the room were breathtaking, especially at night when we could see the castle illuminated.

we found that there weren't many places to recharge our electronics, which was a bit inconvenient. keeping the temperature even in the room proved to be a challenge at times, as some of the heat was supplied by space heaters.

casa d obidos was pure magic! the converted manor house, grounds, and period ambiance were incredible. the pool, tennis court, and rose garden were delightful. breakfast in the impressive dining room was perfect. it exceeded our expectations and was a much-needed break from our busy tour schedule.

John, the manager, was warm and friendly, providing excellent restaurant suggestions. the fully equipped apartment was delightful, and we enjoyed fresh rolls delivered daily. the decor throughout the main house was superb, and the pool and grounds were enjoyable. the location beneath the castle was perfect for easy visits. the owner of the home was hospitable and made us feel welcome. We met interesting couples at breakfast and appreciated the tranquil oasis.
