I had an exceptional stay at Aqua Aurelia Suitenhotel. The room was clean and wide, providing me with plenty of space to relax. I particularly appreciated the help I received from Ayad and Kamara when there was an issue with the air conditioning on the first day. They were polite and quickly provided a portable air conditioner. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was perfect. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, just steps away from the Friedrichsbad and Caracalla Therme. The Grand Suite is spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options. The hotel provides generous amenities, such as complimentary snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. The facilities, including a large bathtub and unique shower, are top-notch. a great experience.

The only complaint was the pillow, which was not very comfortable.
