The rooms are functional and well-designed, with attention to detail. The friendly staff provides excellent service, making you feel right at home. The setting of the hotel was absolutely magnificent. It felt like being at the top of the world in a secluded and unpopulated area. The interior decor was cozy and comfortable, especially with the smell of wood burning in the fireplaces.- The breakfast buffet had plenty of options to suit everyone's palate, and the gourmet dinner menu was divine.- The staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The road leading up to the hotel was treacherous with sharp turns, which made the journey a bit challenging. The rooms were quite small and the bathroom facilities were also compact.

Spent Xmas here and loved the exquisite dinner menu and festive atmosphere. Location was unbeatable for a snowy holiday with breathtaking mountain views. The spa was a highlight with its relaxing facilities.
