We stayed at the Black Swan for a family reunion and have been coming back for 5 years now. The decor is tasteful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was stunning with a walk-in shower and comfy bed. The evening meals and breakfast were excellent, and the staff provided great service. The hotel is in a great location close to amenities. We were even surprised with a Lindt chocolate bunny on Easter day. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at a charming inn near the airport. the staff at Black Swan were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my early morning departure was smooth. the lady at Reception even arranged for the chef to prepare delicious bacon and egg rolls to take with me. the room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had a quirky charm. the restaurant exceeded my expectations with a menu created by a chef who trained under a Michelin Star chef in France. a delightful experience.

The location for Trafford Centre was noisy with cooler units and staff taking fag breaks, but it was close to Manchester and Salford, making it convenient if you wanted to explore those cities. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day. The service was helpful, and the breakfast, although lacking in options, was sufficient to start the day.

We stayed at The Black Swan prior to attending Tatton Park flower show. The location was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated with a comfortable bed. The wet room was outstanding for someone with arthritis. The dinner was beautiful, and the breakfast was a wonderful start to the day. The hotel is a beautiful transformed pub with fantastic staff and incredible food.
