The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the most charming neighborhood! We were able to explore all the must-see places without having to travel far. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals and save some money. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

We could hear noise from the neighborhood, which was a bit bothersome. It would have been better if the windows were soundproofed.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in a historic area of this city. The location was perfect, just next to the most iconic tram and just off the 28 tram route. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore all the hotspots in this city.

Can't fault anything about it.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely little apartment in the heart of the Alfama District. the owner, Susana, was amazing and kept in touch via email. She also arranged airport transfers for us at a very reasonable cost. the location was excellent, with easy access to the airport by taxi and clear check-in instructions. the area felt safe and I felt comfortable staying there on my own. it was a great value and pleasant experience. I would definitely consider staying at Casas Do Castelo again.

Lovely location, atmospheric Alfama. Convenient tram service. Helpful host Susana. Authentic experience with comfort. Great view and quiet. Easy access with code/key. Well-equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom. Cozy and well-maintained studio.
