I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was huge, clean, and had a lovely terrace with a panoramic view. The location was perfect, very close to the city center and all the main attractions. The staff, especially Carlos and Kiril, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The wifi worked perfectly, which was great for when I needed to work. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very reasonably priced.

Spent an awesome Xmas at a hotel with great complementary breakfast and well-decorated rooms. the hotel was perfectly located near some fantastic cafes and souvenir shops. Loved walking to the ocean and main square with ease. Staff was friendly, and we had easy access to the shuttle service to hop around the city. We loved the Christmas decorations in the city, making us feel the festive season.

The smell from the drains was a little off at times. we would have appreciated larger towels in the bathroom.

This hotel is in a perfect city center location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. It's also conveniently close to some great eateries and the metro station. The staff is fantastic and welcoming, giving excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with spotless cleanliness, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The bathroom could have been slightly larger, but it's nothing that you can't manage with.

Buffet breakfast worth the money, DOM47 restaurant was excellent. Easy to walk to attractions, quiet during busy pope's stay. Staff went above and beyond. Recommended. 👍

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very close to central areas and within walking distance to many city attractions. there were two metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was also friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay.

Some of the rooms had maintenance issues, such as squeaky floors and bathroom light bulbs being burned out.
