The location was great, with easy access to public transport and safe off-street parking for those who prefer to rent a car. The breakfast served was fantastic and the on-site restaurant offered delicious options. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning in the future!

The hotel also had great facilities, including a gym, pool, and terrace with a spa treatment salon. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet area of town, but still close to the bustling city and great in-house dining options. The hotel also had convenient parking facilities, making it easy to explore this city.

Everything is what I need and want.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the city - being near to the V&A Waterfront and Convention Centre. The room was well-decorated and the reception staff were friendly. There were some nice facilities such as a spa and bar area.

The restaurant manager had poor customer service skills.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We experienced a minor issue with the decoder, but the staff dealt with it swiftly and professionally. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Newmark.

The hotel offers great value for money with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and balconies. The location in the Business district is ideal and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the breakfast is amazing with a wide range of choices to pick from. I also loved the attention to detail in the luxurious furnishings and basic amenities, just like the gowns provided to the guests.

The location was fantastic, close to all the main sights and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the warm heated pool and the fact that there were quality appliances in the self-catering unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we even received complimentary cocktails on arrival.

The bathroom was very small and we had issues with the door lock. The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming and the waiters seemed unorganized and slow.

Spacious and comfy apartments with great mountain and city views. Delicious Asian food served at the restaurant and excellent breakfast at the Market. Friendly staff always willing to help and book restaurants or print documents. Good location with easy access to attractions and shuttle service to the waterfront. Gym, pool and spa available as well as ample parking space.

I had a wonderful time staying here for my business trip. The location in the business district was perfect for my needs. The room service and laundry were convenient, and the airport shuttle was very helpful for getting to and from the hotel. The amenities in the room such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and sitting area were very comfortable. I also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, with great views of the city.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families, as it has great facilities and is very comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Database pros in Cape Town. My stay was for 5 nights and I was thoroughly impressed. The room decor was exquisite, earning it a solid 5 stars in my book. I must say, the standout feature of this hotel is the exceptional team. Howa, Ismeel, Kino, and the concierges were all incredibly attentive, gracious, and easy on the eyes. The pool was an absolute delight, with its warm water and serene atmosphere. The manager recommended a room with a balcony, and I was blown away by the superb view. The barmen at the pool bar were fantastic, going above and beyond to fulfill any request. The location, cleanliness, and beautiful view of the apartment were all top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious and the receptionists were friendly. Lastly, the gym had a great selection of equipment for a full workout.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
