The rooms, especially the Chapel room, had a lot of character. The location is super with a 5 min walk from the main square. The staff was warm and tried to help. The hotel has outstanding management and staff. The dinner was amazing, Michelin * grade. The food presentation was excellent. Felipe the manager is a gem. This is our new home away from home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming house in Portugal. the family suite was like something out of a fairytale, with delightful decorations and a mezzanine bedroom for our daughter. the suite itself was spacious and tastefully decorated, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the terrace and pool. the breakfast each morning was a treat, with delicious locally produced food. the staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We also enjoyed a fantastic surprise dinner, which didn't disappoint. We can't wait to return next year.

My partner and I recently stayed at Colégio Charm House and we couldn't have been happier. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything was perfect. The small, cozy bedroom was made even more comfortable by the super comfy bed. The private pool in the little patio was a dream come true. The breakfast was superb and the surprise dinners, prepared by a talented chef, were the best we had during our entire stay. The attention to detail in the decoration and atmosphere was impeccable, and the staff took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back to this recent gem. The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to the town center. Our room was spacious with a beautiful terrace and a shared pool. The bathroom was huge and the breakfasts were phenomenal. The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us like family.

The car park was a bit difficult to find.

I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. the location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. the staff, especially Jose, Christina, Phillipe, Sonya, and Allie. the room was comfortable and the breakfast was spectacular, with a special touch of warmed lemon water. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a meal at the hotel and was blown away by the award-winning chef's creations. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Make sure to try the surprise dinner for a culinary experience like no other.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. The food was of a very high standard and exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being just a short walk away from the center. This allowed us to easily explore the area and enjoy the local attractions. the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bed in our room was quite low and placed on a wooden raft-like structure, which made it a bit difficult to get in and out. It was not the most comfortable arrangement, especially for older guests.
