The room with a balcony was a bonus! LOVED the friendly staff, especially the Porter. Definitely coming back! the steep hill was tougher than it looked in photos.

I always return for perfect stays. First visit, staff recommended great eateries. Amenities include Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Outdoor pool, Flat-screen TV, Wheelchair access. Returning for Xmas. Great service, no pets, and absolute comfort every time. Joint favorite for sure!

Loved that the hotel had polite staff and big, clean rooms with a tiny balcony, and the location near the town square was perfect. the rooftop pool was a sunny spot for a swim, and always managed to find a lounger for some relaxing time. Only gripe was the lack of rose petals and sparkling wine in the "romantic package," but the front desk was understanding and even refunded the extra cost—no biggie though, didn't affect our fun stay! 🌞

Upon arrival, I found my room beautifully spacious with a super comfortable, large bed. the bathroom amenities were modern, and the bathtub was a lovely touch. Although there was a minor issue with the hot water initially, it was promptly resolved by the attentive team. the air conditioning and fridge worked perfectly, and having a bathtub was a bonus. Despite some reviews mentioning stairs, they were not an inconvenience, even with a child. the central location, proximity to the beach, and the peaceful ambiance made my stay at this hotel truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed the Hotel Triplets Entertainment area, a fun-filled spot for kids with games, movies, and activities. It kept them entertained for hours, allowing us some relaxing time to ourselves.

My children wanted more variety in the kids' meal options.
