I loved my stay at this place. the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. the location was perfect, right next to the Sao Domingus church and in the center of everything. the rooms were quiet and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was serene and welcoming. the bar and restaurant were stunning, adding to the luxurious feel of the hotel.

I told the concierge about the pillows smelling funky. They changed them faster than I could say "pizza. " That new-pillow aroma thing doesn't tickle my Italian nose, but the staff could make wine from water. the bar was my nightly haunt, and the food was boss. No basics on TV channels, though. Divine. On the flip side, the Dinner's pricey airport taxi saga was a miss, but even with zero views, the hotel's shine? Still 💯. Lisboa vibes, nailed it! 👌.

We loved the central location of the hotel, right next to the beautiful Sao Domingus church. Everything was close by, from restaurants and bars to shops and the metro station. the room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable, with personalized pillow options. the modern decor blending seamlessly with the historic architecture made the stay even more special. the cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the staff was exceptional, especially Raquel.

Additionally, the hotel's prime location allowed us easy access to the heart of the city, making it convenient for us to wander through the picturesque streets hand in hand.

Our experience was tarnished by the lack of flexibility shown by the senior management when our travel plans went awry. Despite a genuine reason for cancellation, we were met with a firm no-refund policy, leaving us feeling disappointed.

At my favorite spot, staff suggested top eateries when I first visited. Homey and comfy, it has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24/7 help, and secure. Fancy extras too, like pools, massages, and a gym. No pets or smoke; suits me fine. Back this weekend for more!

we had a wonderful stay at convent square, vignette collection, an ihg. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. the central location near the main attractions, old town, and shopping district made exploring easy. the hotel itself is newly renovated and exudes a beautiful design, especially the bar and restaurant. the rooms, though small, are well-equipped and quiet, with very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
