Stunning room design and beautiful courtyard.

I had a frustrating experience with the reception staff. They seemed untrained and gave inaccurate information multiple times. Additionally, the breakfast situation was poorly handled. I was promised a take-away option but did not receive it, and the staff's attitude when addressing the issue was unprofessional. This lack of organization overshadowed the stay.

I also expected a complimentary drink after all the confusion, but that was clearly too much to ask. the beautiful decor can't make up for the lack of basic hospitality. amazing how often a hotel can disappoint.

We loved starting our mornings with an excellent breakfast served in a gorgeous room connected to a peaceful courtyard. The cozy room we stayed in had a fantastic bathroom with a great shower, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that our room felt a bit dark due to the window placement, but it didn't take away from the overall experience—definitely try the breakfast! 😊
