The location of this guesthouse was its only redeeming feature. It was situated right near Kirkjufell mountain and offered a decent view of the small bay. The room was basic and lacked any kitchen facilities or even a normal fridge. The only thing in the room was a wine fridge, which we found unnecessary. The bathroom was clean and modern, but the service was lacking. The staff was not friendly or helpful and did not seem to care about our stay. this guesthouse was a disappointing budget option.

Enjoyed a wonderful Easter break with friends at a cozy, clean, and fully-stocked guesthouse with fabulous views of mountains and sea. We loved the shared kitchen that had an excellent espresso machine and it was spotlessly clean. the guesthouse is in a great location, just a short drive to the nearest town that had many shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. We also appreciated the ample free parking on site.

Be aware that noise levels can be an issue if you're staying in a room off the kitchen or ifyou're a light sleeper. although this guesthouse was great, it would have been better if we had received prior information about the ongoing construction work and the malfunctioning temperature control, which made our room quite uncomfortable due to the heat.

The location of this hotel is incredible, situated near Kirkjufell mountain and close to the national park. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I stayed here twice in the past year and this place has the best location on the north coast! The rooms are fresh and clean with amazing views. The shared kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and I loved the option to interact with other guests. The laundry was a great feature!
