The staff at the hotel, especially the new barman and the restaurant guy, were extremely caring and made me feel welcomed with their warm smiles. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. The food served in the restaurant was excellent, with plenty of choices for breakfast. The service provided by the staff was also fast and efficient. I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel with a decent distance from the city center. the room was very clean and nice, with a huge balcony. the staff at the reception were professional and helpful, even preparing a bag of products for me when I had to leave early in the morning without breakfast. the highlight of my stay was the amazing room, featuring two roll top baths on a tiled platform, along with a separate bathroom and a big comfortable bed.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cristal. the room was absolutely excellent - spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the double bath, which added a touch of romance to our stay. the room was also impeccably clean, thanks to the diligent and detail-oriented cleaning staff. the service staff during breakfast were friendly and professional, and the receptionist who welcomed us was incredibly kind. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to fresh air from the balcony and nearby metro station.

The hotel has a great location in the city with many attractions nearby and was perfect for an Easter break. the staff was friendly and polite, and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the Easter treat left in the room. the WiFi worked pretty well.

The bathroom was awful, with hairs found in the bathtub and sink. the towels were very old and worn out and smelled of mildew.
