I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza in Porto. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing trips and providing informative assistance. The bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, with the best pillows I've ever had. While the hotel was a bit out of the historic center, taxi rides were quick and affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms were modern. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options. It was easy to get to different parts of the city from the hotel, as there were bus and metro stops nearby.

The noise level in the hotel was high, making it difficult to sleep at night. The hotel was located away from the main tourist area, so it took longer to get to the sights and attractions.

The hotel's location in a safe neighborhood made me feel secure throughout my stay. Although it wasn't in the city center, there were local restaurants, a grocery, and boutique stores within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips or even for families who have their own transportation.

The prices in the bar are quite high, with drinks costing double what you would pay in other areas. However, this is only a minor issue and doesn't detract from the overall experience.
