Shower design not ideal.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find a small bottle of wine waiting for me in my cozy and themed room. The staff spent time with me, providing helpful recommendations and tips for exploring the city. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, complete with a kitchen and comfortable furniture. The location was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a short walk to downtown. my stay at Dalma Old Town Suites exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay there again.

The only minor downsides were the lack of a hand towel during towel exchange and a wet floor rag in the bathroom. However, these inconveniences were easily manageable and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Excellent location near airport, Feira da Ladra, and historic landmarks. Comfy bed, friendly staff, and spacious room with good soundproofing. Many nearby restaurants and easy access to transportation. Abundant breakfast with variety of options, highly recommended.

Spacious apartment with amazing views and close to the castle. Everything worked well, including the washing machine. Comfy bed and great shower. Easy access to downtown via taxi or tuk tuk. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Quiet area after 10pm.

The hotel had a great location, close to many tourist attractions and with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and efficient, offering us complementary snacks and drinks upon arrival. The room was modern and luxurious, with comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom.

We experienced issues with cleanliness during our stay. The shower had fungus in the joints and the breakfast quality could have been improved.

The service and staff are exceptional, they really make you feel at home. The basic amenities are more than enough, with a fab shower and nice views from the room. Lastly, the breakfast is tasty and the coffee is great!
