I really got my money's worth at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was stunning with a traditional feel. The location was convenient, a short distance to the city center, and there was a fantastic view of the city from the rooftop. The staff was exceptional, especially Mr. Sérgio Oliveira at the reception.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a beautiful front lobby, a great bar with exceptional drinks, and a wonderful SPA. The location was also very convenient, being close to all the tourist spots and right opposite a shopping center with a fantastic food court. The breakfast was delicious and even accommodated vegans. this hotel provided exceptional service and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Our stay at Dom Pedro was exceptional! The value for money was great, and the suite we were upgraded to was beyond fabulous. The location was convenient, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The views from our room were stunning.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of offering complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush.

During our stay, we were pleased to discover that the hotel was situated in a bustling location, with plenty of shops directly opposite. The metro station was also conveniently located nearby, making travel to the center of town quick and easy. Our room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the staff was attentive and provided great service. Definitely a plus were the comfortable beds and complimentary robe and slippers.

There was one small downside to our experience - the location of our room provided a view of an unappealing rooftop and building beside us.

In terms of location, the hotel is very close to a big shopping center, Amoreiras mall, which was convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel is also situated on a hill, providing great views over the bay. Transportation options like buses, metros, and trams were available nearby, making it easy to reach the city center in just 10 minutes.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and nice bathroom. The location was great for public transport and we loved being close to the Amoreiras shopping centre and the Jumbo supermarket. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the spa, which was a wonderful treat for a lazy afternoon. The hotel even surprised us with a birthday cake and champagne, which was incredibly kind and generous. we had a lovely experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the city, especially the river and the bridge. It was breathtaking, especially during Christmas time. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was just outside the crowded tourist areas, but still close enough to reach everything quickly. We could easily walk to the old town or take a tram, which stopped right by the hotel. It made exploring the city very convenient. the staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel's restaurant was not open on weekends, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been convenient to have the option of dining at the hotel on those days.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a decent city trip and the hotel had two great things going for it: the view from the room was amazing and the complementary lounge access was a nice touch. the location was also key, close enough to the action but far away from the noise. we enjoyed a spa treatment which was a relaxing break from the busy streets.

The hot breakfast was cold and underwhelming. we felt that although the hotel was good value, the service and amenities didn't match up to our expectations.
