The hotel had a great location, conveniently close to the city center and easily accessible. the staff was always friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for both business and leisure purposes.

We were disappointed with the room assignment as we were given a handicapped room which had a strange layout and limited space. the positioning of the bed against a wall containing plumbing was uncomfortable, especially when the toilet from above was flushed.

During Christmas, we chose to stay in a newly renovated hotel that was located near a vast variety of eateries and stores. the staff was friendly and offered hot cocoa and cookies at check-in. We also received complimentary breakfast coupons for the next morning. the room was equipped with a nice television and comfortable beds.
