Had a great time at this place! ! It was super conveniently located next to subway stops, so getting to the airport and downtown was a breeze. Also, the staff was incredibly kind! They even got me a to-go breakfast for my early flight! That was a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but given the service and convenience, it was reasonable.

the empire lisbon hotel is a nice spot if ur lookin for a comfy place. the staff were super friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who helped me with directions and got me a coffee. the rooms were clean and had all the basics, and i loved that the wi-fi worked great. breakfast was okay, not too fancy but filled me up. also, it’s close to some cool places to check out and easy to get to public transport.

but the breakfast could’ve been better & the area felt a lil dirty with some buildings in disrepair. also, the noise from the pipes at night was kinda annoying.

everything at empire was perfect! the location was super handy, being close to the metro station. the standout service was the lady at the desk who called a taxi for me at 5 am when no ubers were available. that definitely saved my flight! also, i loved the nearby landmarks which made exploring easy and fun.

Excellent breakfast with diverse options.

My stay was riddled with issues. The room was extremely small, and I was constantly disturbed by loud sirens from police and ambulances throughout the day and night. Additionally, the lack of a properly functioning lock on my door made me feel unsafe, especially in an unfamiliar city. Compounding this, the dirty bedding and untidy common areas made it hard to enjoy my stay—the room looked nice at first, but those defects soured the experience significantly.

the location is awesome just a short walk to the metro and packed with shops around making it super convenient. our room was tidy and cozy and the breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of choices.

We loved our stay with five kids! The location made it easy to explore Lisbon, and the helpful reception staff provided excellent tips for family-oriented attractions. It truly made the trip memorable.

My wife says that it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options nearby.

the staff at empire lisbon hotel were really friendly and super helpful, always ready to lend a hand. the rooms were kept clean daily, which made a big difference to our stay. also, breakfast had a lot of good options and was filling enough to start our day exploring. the location is pretty good since the metro is close by and it’s easy to get around. really enjoyed our time there!

but the noise from the street can be kinda loud, especially at night. also, the breakfast could use a bit more variety to mix it up.
