The facilities were great and the location was perfect. The service at breakfast was excellent, with a wide assortment of tasty dishes. The staff at the reception, especially Ana and Magdalena, were friendly and accommodating, even giving us a late check-out. Our room on the 6th floor had an amazing view. the hotel was incredible.

There was one incident that affected our experience. The cleaning service did not clean our room even after leaving the paper in the door and removing the sign later.

It’s easy to get around with the right metro line, and it’s very near the center, making it convenient to explore. The room was beautifully designed and spacious, with massive beds and a balcony. The bathroom was top-notch with excellent shower facilities. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of food and drinks available. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, making for a pleasant stay. The spa facilities were perfect for relaxation offering jacuzzi, hydrotherapy showers, steam room and sauna.

While the desk was long, it had limited depth making it difficult to work in the room.

We had an amazing stay at Eurostars! the spacious room and bathroom were perfect for us three girls. the helpful staff, including the hospitable Lucas Santos, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore all the major attractions, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. We even got upgraded to a premium room and had access to the pool. the hotel's restaurant was fantastic, and the reception gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. They even prepared a breakfast box for our departure. the experience was top-notch!

The rooms are clean and well-decorated, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The bathroom was also spotless and had all the necessary toiletries. The service was friendly and welcoming, with a warm reception upon check-in.

One downside is that the check-in process took longer than expected, with a delay of a few hours until the room was ready. However, despite this inconvenience, the overall experience and advantages of the hotel made up for it.
