our stay was exceptional, exceeded expectations. the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel brand new and beautifully designed. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the tourist sites. amazing breakfast and they even arranged a doctor for me when i fell sick. they surprised us with a birthday celebration too. highly recommended.

The room upgrade to a balcony was a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a gym and pool. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, with attractions within walking distance and easy access to transportation.

The warm welcome after a delayed flight and the comfortable beds made the cumbersome travel fade away. The fantastic breakfast the next morning was a great way to start the day. The spacious and quiet room upgrade was a pleasant surprise.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Alfama. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the lively neighborhood. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa and pool area. The staff were friendly and eager to provide us with a nice experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible from the airport, with multiple transportation options available within a 5-minute distance. The breakfast provided was fantastic, offering a wide range of choices.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location within walking distance to all the tourist sites and local restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including high-quality Dilmah tea. The staff went above and beyond to help us when I fell sick, arranging for a doctor and providing free soup and snacks. We were pleasantly surprised by the special birthday surprise with delicious chocolate cake, champagne, and water.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints.

Delicious breakfast with high quality coffee and a nice selection of food. Beautifully designed interior with a unique museum exhibit that adds to the experience. Everything was perfect - the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. We had easy access to transportation, with the metro stations and train stations nearby. The location was great, close to everything in the city. The gym was also a standout feature, and the view of the water was amazing. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We love the location of this hotel, as it is just near the old town center. One of our favorite features is having breakfast in a restaurant with a Roman wall. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We also appreciate the broad choices found in the breakfast buffet. The spa facilities are not up to five-star standards, but the massage by Susana was excellent.

There is nothing available for vegetarians.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and cozy, with stunning views of the river. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The WiFi worked perfectly, even outside of the hotel. I also loved the in-house museum, which was fascinating to explore. The staff, especially Marcia and Bruno, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. it was a wonderful experience.

The Eurostar’s Museum is a stylish and modern hotel right on the front. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed in harmonious colors. We loved the firm and comfy bed, and there was plenty of seating space. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Commercio Square, the Targus river, and the shopping street. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide selection of delicious options, including various types of eggs, sautéed mushrooms, baked beans, bacon, sausages. a great value for a 5-star hotel.

The hotel had two really great complimentary gifts that we appreciated during our stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Plus, the view from our room was stunning.

Our Christmas experience at this hotel was not what we had hoped for. The hotel was understaffed, which led to long wait times for service, especially at the restaurant.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was amazing, with an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and a Spa lounge. The staff provided excellent service and the buffet breakfast had a lot of options, including in-room breakfast. The location was perfect, with easy access to several attractions.

The only minor issue was the bar/ lounge area. Although it had a great ambiance, the prices were a bit too high.
