Although the dining room was closed, the pickup and go breakfast was delicious, with hot coffee and a tasty blueberry muffin. I especially appreciated the convenient shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner setup in the bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and always kept it tidy.

The room we initially checked into had a broken lock on the inside, which made us feel unsafe. The TV in the room was also broken and had to be manually fixed to stay on.

We absolutely loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Hazard! This was our yearly trip and we've stayed at other hotels before, but this one was by far the best. The breakfast was awesome, the beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly. The location was great and the hotel was very clean and quiet. We were especially impressed with the beautiful view from our window and the amazing service from the gentleman on nights at the front desk. We will definitely be back next year!

Great location, close to the places we wanted to visit and convenient for our city trip. The lobby was nice and the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and taken care of right from the beginning.
