We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was just off the main attractions and close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that had comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, both savory and sweet, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Our experience at Exe Essenzia was incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options including delicious pastries, fresh fruit, and amazing coffee. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions in Porto. I highly recommend Exe Essenzia for a wonderful stay in Porto.

We had a decent Xmas break, but honestly, it wasn't exceptional. I appreciated the unexpected freebies - chocolates and wine in the room, which was a nice touch. the location was spot on, close to the main attractions and yet far enough to escape the tourist frenzy. the hotel had a cozy lounge area where we could sit and watch TV, which was quite relaxing.

I have to say that the negatives outweighed the positives. the staff were hit or miss, some friendly while others grumpy and unhelpful.

Plus, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including tasty pastries and fresh fruits.

One small downside was that the room was a bit too dark, but it didn't bother us too much. the customer service could have been improved, as there were some issues with the payment system that caused unnecessary confusion and delays during check-in and check-out.
