my recent stay at the dorchester collection in london was absolutely fantastic. from the early check-in to the late check-out, everything was seamless and convenient. the lovely lobby and great location added to the overall experience, making it a perfect place to see and be seen.

The hotel even took care of small details, such as preparing the room with a Quran and prayer mat, which was very touching. The location was perfect, central to all our desired destinations in London, making it convenient for us as friends who enjoy going out at night. the staff's motto of "bending over backwards" to ensure a pleasant stay was evident throughout our time at the hotel.

They also went above and beyond to help us secure appointments for spa treatments and even assisted with tracking down a missing package. The level of attentiveness and care that we received truly made us feel at home.

While our overall experience was fantastic, we did have a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast could have been better, as the selection was limited and the price seemed excessive for what was offered.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dorchester Collection. From the minute we arrived until we left, the staff provided exceptional service. We were checked in promptly, even though we arrived early. Our room, overlooking a beautiful courtyard, was spacious and comfortable. the highlight was the delicious club sandwich at the cocktail bar, accompanied by the best chips we've ever tasted. the hair stylist, Vivian, did a fantastic job with my chignon. the bed linens and pillows were so cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the breakfast selection may not have been extensive, but everything on offer was of excellent quality. the fresh juices were incredibly tasty, and the Egg Florentine with foam on top was a delightful surprise. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of leaving a bottle of water and a box of mints in our car.
