The staff at this place were amazing! They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and even checked the metro schedule for our early departure. the location couldn't be better, with the metro station right outside the door, making it super convenient to get around. Plus, there was a nice lounge area and the bed was really comfortable.

The room we stayed in was facing a noisy street, and the windows weren't soundproof, so it was quite difficult to sleep at night.

The room was lovely and spacious, with a new and functioning bathroom. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including the option to have it in your room. a great experience.

The hotel lacked interior lighting upon entrance to the building, which was a safety concern.

They had a variety of options to choose from for breakfast and the staff were very attentive and helpful. the hotel was located very close to the metro station and shopping center which was a plus. Another great benefit was that they provided free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and rooms.

The elevator wasn't working during my stay and I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs, which was inconvenient. the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective and the shower was quite small.
