This hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the village, just next to the bus station which provides easy access to the slopes. It is also situated along the river, offering a picturesque setting. The rooms are nice, warm, and very clean, with some even boasting beautiful views of the Matterhorn. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast provided has a good variety of options. The hotel also offers facilities such as a sauna, hot tub, and ski room with direct access to the ski shuttle.

The decor in some parts of the hotel could use a revamp.

I had the most amazing experience at Hotel Antika! The room was incredibly spacious and had a stunning view of the mountains. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's 21st birthday special with a surprise upgrade. The breakfast was delicious and filled with a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

This hotel was a great find in Zermatt. the value for money was incredible. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated in front of a beautiful bridge famous for its viewpoint of the Matterhorn, we had the most amazing view from our room. Street level access directly to the bus stop and only a 2-minute walk to the lifts made getting around so convenient. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. They provided excellent service with a friendly and helpful attitude. The basic amenities in the room met all our needs, and having breakfast included was a bonus. Speaking of breakfast, it had a nice selection of foods to choose from, ensuring we started the day off right.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were okay.

Traditional chalet with clean rooms and a great location near a famous viewpoint. Many restaurants and pubs nearby, but be aware they close early. Helpful and friendly staff who can assist with ski lift tickets and transportation. Excellent breakfast with fresh ingredients and delicious coffee.

We had a wonderful and romantic getaway at this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking and we loved waking up to it every morning. The comfortable bed made it hard to leave the room, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious foods to choose from. The location was perfect too, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to many places.

The lack of in-room amenities was slightly disappointing. We missed having a safety box to secure our valuables and the absence of a kettle made it difficult to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room.
