We were thrilled with our suite upgrade, it was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The separate toilet and shower room in the bathroom were a lovely touch. The staff worked together as a team and their helpfulness and friendliness were exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we even had a delicious omelette made to order. The customer experience manager, Christopher, made us feel valued and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Despite a few minor issues, such as the pool chairs needing improvement and some communication difficulties with a staff member, we had an overall wonderful experience at Real. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were absolutely blown away by the stunning views from our room. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was truly breathtaking. The food at the La Terrazza restaurant was divine, with an extensive menu offering delicious options for every palate. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, with a wide variety of choices to start our day off right. The staff, especially Teresa from Reception and Mugurel from the restaurant, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also had excellent fitness and spa facilities, making it easy to relax and stay active during our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views, great food, and fantastic service.

While our stay at the hotel was fantastic, we did experience some drawbacks. The service at the La Terrazza restaurant and bar was quite slow, with one instance where we had to wait for an hour just to get a bottle of water.

Had a fantastic Easter break at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and the service was great. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and we particularly enjoyed the surprise birthday treat they gave us. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean. The fitness and spa facilities were excellent and we had a relaxing time. a wonderful experience!

The WiFi signal in the room was a bit weak and the service at the restaurant and bar was slow at times. The hotel could have been cleaner, especially the carpets.

The restaurant offers fine dining, and the sommelier Luis not only knows everything about the local wine but also adds a cheerful and helpful touch to the dining experience. The rooms are very comfortable, with amazing views. The breakfast buffet is diversified and of excellent quality. The staff is friendly, always ready to help, and they even take care of parking your car and bringing it to the hotel entrance when needed. A special shout-out to Teresa from Reception and Mugurel from the restaurant for their outstanding service.

Enjoyed the complementary custard tarts and port upon arrival, a lovely touch. the location offers easy access to the town. the pool is of a great size and is perfect for the sunny days.

The pool is salty, and my friend didn't like that. There were pesky pigeons outside that begged for scraps while we were enjoying our food.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the friendly and professional staff. The terrace bar/restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere with a beautiful view. The pool area and spacious rooms were amazing. The bathrooms were luxurious with a separate shower and bathtub, providing plenty of privacy. The location was ideal, with easy access to the center and beautiful beaches.

The hotel's interior is excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to a corner sea view room. The internet was fast, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel like old friends. My wife loved everything about the hotel, and we would definitely stay again.
