Staying at Grande Real Villa Italia was a delightful experience. The saltwater pool was refreshing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was a feast of flavors, with ample choices to satisfy any palate. Don’t miss the chance to explore the scenic paths to Boca de Inferno. it’s breathtaking!

However, the carpets were quieter than my last wardrobe malfunction. And the pool temperature? Let’s just say it was more a polar plunge than a dip in paradise!

The indoor pool and spa facilities charged an additional fee, which felt excessive given the price of our stay. This should be included for guests.

The location was perfect for checking out the Estoril Casino and roaming around the Marina. Breakfast each morning was top-notch, and the pool area was a great spot to chill. Staff were super friendly and helpful too!

However, during breakfast, it took ages to get our drinks and a couple of our orders were forgotten. It really took away from the experience for a bit.

The handling of reservations needs attention!!! The kids' club is embarrassingly small and poorly equipped!!! Charging for thermal spa use feels a bit ridiculous!!! Maintenance issues like stained carpets are disappointing!!!

Wow, this place was a total jol! We were upgraded to a suite, and my boyfriend loved the Valentine spa offer. That brekkie spread? Unbelievable! Coupla nice touches like chocolates in the room too, just made it so lekker.

Only thing was, the reception staff were a bit stiff—no smiles, ya know? Made me feel a bit like a lone wolf there.

the real hotel has a brilliant location close to the sea. the spacious seaview retreat room was a treat, and the thoughtful addition of port wine and treats in our room was a lovely surprise. the spa facilities were exceptional, especially the thalassotherapy circuit, perfect for relaxation after exploring.

the service at times felt slow, but overall a pleasant stay.

Loved the large balcony overlooking the beach, the luxurious spa treatments, and the inviting outdoor pool. The gym in the spa area was a nice surprise too! Additionally, renting bikes to explore the nearby Guincho beach was epic.

Felt very special, no complaints.
