Great customer care, professional staff, friendly and helpful. Well-equipped kitchen, close to the ocean, beautiful grounds. Onsite shop with reasonable prices and fresh bakery. Pet-friendly with large swimming pool and easy access to beaches. Peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The location of the resort is absolutely lovely, with idyllic beaches just a short walk away. The grounds are well presented and there are great restaurants nearby. The studio rooms are spacious, with a good bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

The pillows in the rooms were not very comfortable.

Christmas at the resort was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with beautiful walks along the coast and a beach just a short distance away. The resort had a lovely shop where we could buy fresh bakery items every morning, and there was a great selection of local produce and fruits. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

That the rooms seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The bathrooms, in particular, felt old and could use some updating.

The location of the hotel was great being walking distance to some beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The common facilities like the pool were very nice and cocktails were a highlight.

There were a few negatives to our stay. the service in the restaurant was very poor and the children's menu was not appealing.

I had a fantastic stay at Hapimag Resort in Albufeira. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, making our visit very comfortable. The restaurant on-site was excellent for the occasions we dined there, and the bar and bakery staff were also fantastic. The hotel is situated near a beautiful beach, and the spacious self-catering apartment we stayed in was pet-friendly and well-equipped. The large swimming pool and well-maintained grounds added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The location was ideal, with easy walking access to both Castelo and Coelha beaches, and there were also some great restaurants within walking distance.

The location of Hapimag Resort was perfect, situated close to beautiful beaches and away from the busy town. The kitchen in our room was well-equipped, allowing us to cook meals easily.
