I really got my money's worth at 12 Fleetwood Bed & Breakfast. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff treated us like family. The location was great too, away from the city center but still convenient.

The beautiful gardens and comfy rooms make for a lovely stay, and the friendly and helpful staff truly made my new year special. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the city and soaking up all the local culture. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

The wifi was a bit spotty and could have been better. While the tea and coffee facilities in the room were adequate, they could have been improved with a greater range of options.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful area with a very good restaurant nearby. The hotel is in close proximity to Belgravia shopping centre, making it very convenient for shopping. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a user-friendly pillow. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a delightful experience.

The hotel could improve on their tea-coffee facilities in the room, as well as provide a more comprehensive information leaflet for international travelers.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that provide a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.
