The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had great amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

One thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the food options. The rest of the breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of breads, cereals, meats, cheeses.

The hotel's location was perfect, allowing easy walking access to all the major attractions and public transportation options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious, with tempting Portuguese tarts. I had a great experience at this hotel!

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the metro and train stations. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, making it convenient for meals and drinks. the hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a bar on the ground floor offering free tea, coffee, and port all day. It was a great place to relax and mingle with other guests. the staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything was taken care of during our stay.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the towels in the room were a bit worn out. Other than that, everything else was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. Our room was large and well-furnished. We even received a free bottle of Port! the hotel's location on the main avenue was perfect, with easy access to shops and dining options.

The TV in the room was inconveniently placed in a large wooden cabinet facing the bed, making it difficult to watch unless you were sitting or lying in bed. It would have been more convenient if there was a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

During my recent trip to Lisbon, I had the pleasure of staying at Heritage Avenida Liberdade. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, as it was within walking distance of the tram, bus, and metro stations. I also loved how I could easily explore most places in Lisbon on foot.

We loved the hotel's central location on a beautiful street in the heart of the city. It was close to the Rossio train station and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and lounge area, provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great complimentary amenities such as coffee, tea, and cookies in the lobby and excellent breakfast. the hotel is conveniently located in a lovely area close to key attractions and transportation. the comfortable and clean rooms are an additional plus, making for a relaxing stay.

The hotel could benefit from more soundproofing. the noise from the surrounding area and nearby rooms can be quite disruptive to a good night's sleep.
