first off, the breakfast was just, cold and so bland. also, I had to move rooms cause they messed up my bed request. plus, after all that, couldn’t they have at least offered a little upgrade or welcome gift to make up for it? I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

hawthorn has a perfect location next to the outlet mall. the king suite was just like the pictures, with a full kitchen and a modern bathroom. the staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. breakfast options were decent and fresh, a nice touch for our stay.

I really loved the full kitchen setup in our room. We could cook meals and save a bit of cash. The European shower was nice but definitely leaked everywhere, which was kinda annoying. The staff was super friendly and remembered us from our last visit. Breakfast had a decent selection but could use more variety.

The room was clean and cozy, with a full fridge and kitchenette. Loved the Dove toiletries—who knew I’d need a shower during my stay? Also, free coffee is always a win!

But where's a girl supposed to hang her towels? It felt like a towel-throwing competition trying to keep them dry!
