The hotel is located in a quieter area of Porto but not too far from the center. It is near the boulevard with the port cellars, offering a picturesque view. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and impeccable, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring top-notch service. guests can relax at the pool spa at no extra cost, a perfect way to unwind after a day of excursions.

The floors in the shower room can be treacherously slippery, posing a safety risk.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and safety measures at the hotel. The room was well-maintained and the staff, particularly Miguel, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was also good.

Although the hotel was new, there were some issues with our room. We had to wait for it to be ready and there were maintenance problems, like non-functional USB sockets and a half-working shower head.

We stayed in a hotel near the boulevard with the port cellars, which was great because it was in a quieter area of Porto but still not too far from the center. The location allowed us to easily explore the city and visit the famous port cellars. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The spa facilities were not up to par. The massage pressure was quite weak, even when we asked for it to be increased.

The spa was fantastic, with huge and impeccable rooms. the pool was absolutely amazing, and it was quiet and relaxing, especially in the morning. the location was excellent, with picturesque views of the waterfront, and it was just a short walk or quick Uber ride to the city center.

The doors to the toilet and shower wouldn't stay closed, and some of the USB sockets didn't work. However, these were only small inconveniences and didn't affect our overall experience.

We were impressed with the exceptional and friendly service we received from the staff. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight - we enjoyed a fantastic massage and unwound in the beautifully decorated spa lounge. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also great amenities to relax in. We couldn't have been happier with the sun loungers on the sun terrace and the exclusive room advantages on offer. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of special diet menus with delicious food. Cons: the minor issue we experienced was with the live entertainment, which was not as appealing as we had hoped.
