The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, receiving a perfect 10 out of 10 from me. The spacious rooms were very comfortable, offering great value for money. The staff, from reception to the breakfast team, were absolutely brilliant and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the main road system and close proximity to a supermarket and all surrounding attractions. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking and had good facilities, including a delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

The staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I had accidentally left my grandson's kindle behind, and they arranged for it to be delivered to another hotel where our friends were staying. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Sofia, one of the staff members, was particularly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great breakfast, and helpful staff.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the free breakfast and convenient location close to shops and public transportation. the staff were also friendly and accommodating.

The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, causing me to lose sleep and resulting in a sore neck.

the Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located and very clean. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Joana who greeted me with a smile and reassured me after a tiring journey. the room was well-maintained and provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day. the hotel also offered free parking and good internet access.

Spacious and renovated rooms with coffee making facilities and in-room safe. The hotel is located in an upmarket area, with a 20-minute walk to the historic Lisbon and waterfront, passing by upscale stores. Enjoyed the good breakfast and excellent service provided by the staff.

The breakfast lacked variety and the quality of the food was not the best. The croissants tasted bland and could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Caroline and Valter, were outstanding. They were always available and friendly, making sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast staff also deserve a mention for their friendliness and constant smiles. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I also appreciated the free parking and the good air-conditioning. Although the location is not in central Lisbon, it is conveniently located midway between Cascais and Lisbon. Transportation to the city center is easy and cheap with a short taxi ride to the train station and then a train.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. It is also situated next to several motorways, allowing easy access to different areas. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to Lagoas Park industrial park, making it a suitable option for business travelers.

The breakfast offered at the hotel could be improved with a greater selection of fresh baked goods and cooked breakfast items.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and we really appreciated the extra bed for our baby. The facilities were comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. The staff were all very kind and polite. We also enjoyed the link with Casa Velha restaurant and the option of Pizza na Braza. The room and en-suite were superb, with friendly and helpful staff. The bar was open for drinks and coffee, and the restaurant area was relaxing with tables and sofas. The inclusive breakfast on Monday morning was excellent. Parking was easy and Wi-Fi was excellent. we highly recommend this hotel for its quality, value, and facilities.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.
