The lovely garden surrounding the hotel is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the incredible bird life. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a long day of sightseeing. The only minor downside was that the food at the hotel could have offered a bit more variety, but it was still satisfactory. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, peaceful surroundings, and helpful staff.

We stayed at a hotel in Guatemala during New Year's and enjoyed the beautiful lake view from our room. the staff was friendly and the food was delicious with authentic local dishes. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and there was easy access to transportation.

The room was very basic and could use some updating. the bathroom was not very clean and the mosquito problem was quite significant, making it difficult to enjoy the room without being constantly bitten.

We loved the lakeside views from our room, with breathtaking vistas of Flores Island. The bird life in the garden was incredible, providing a unique and serene experience. The staff were extremely caring and made every effort to ensure our comfort. The restaurant offered great food, and we appreciated the use of Ecofiltro water, eliminating the need to buy plastic bottles. The location was also a plus, as we could easily walk across the bridge to Flores in just 5 to 10 minutes. the hotel felt more local and less touristy, providing a truly authentic experience. And the added bonus of being just 5 minutes away from the airport was convenient for our early departure.

Felt completely at home, no complaints at all.
