Fantastic location for exploring the island and plenty of great food options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, always going the extra mile. They prepared a packed breakfast and arranged a cab for my early checkout.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ponta Delgada! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a good sized bed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious. It was great to have free parking available, making it convenient to explore the island. We even received complimentary sparkling wine for my partner's birthday. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Canadiano Urban Nature for a week-long vacation and had a wonderful experience. The room was stylish, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was a great feature, especially considering the humidity outside. I loved having a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The room was equipped with plenty of plugs, including USB ports, which was convenient. Having a fridge and a safe in the room was a bonus, along with ample storage space. The bathroom was spacious and had enough hooks for towels and clothes. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, although ordering coffee was a bit confusing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. Free parking was also a plus.

Despite the great experience, there is one small issue that I encountered. The noise from a nearby bakery on Rua da Contador was quite disruptive, as the workers would speak and yell loudly throughout the night.
