We had a fantastic stay at the hotel - the staff at Cidade De Olhao were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with great recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the waterfront and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view over the pool. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and we were able to check out but still use the pool until our flight. it was a really enjoyable stay!

Friendly and helpful staff providing maps and information. Small pool with seating options in shade and sun. 10/15 minute walk to restaurants and ferry. Safety walking at night.

This charming boutique hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easily accessible for tourists. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with air conditioning to beat the heat. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast options could be improved, but the staff did their best to accommodate dietary restrictions. The hotel is in an untouristy area, providing a more authentic experience of the city. a great place to stay for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

We stayed at Cidade De for a week and had a lovely time. The staff, especially Pedro, were very friendly and helpful. The beds were excellent and the hotel was clean and brand new-looking. The rooms were soundproof and we didn't hear any noise from outside or other guests. The breakfast had a nice variety, with fresh fruits being our favorite. The location was convenient, close to the train and bus stations and a short walk to the city center. The pool was beautiful and there were plenty of chairs and beds for relaxing. The shuttle service to the airport was quick and polite.

Incredible staff who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Superb location, just a short walk from the waterfront and close to a supermarket for convenience. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including beach umbrellas for our day trips to the beach.

The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. It would have been great to have a quiet room with two beds, but our request wasn't acknowledged.

The hotel is clean and a perfect place to spend your afternoon. It is close to the train station, shopping, and laundromat. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The pool was certainly refreshing and it was great to get some exercise in the morning with the free breakfast provided. I liked that the room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was well laid out.

The location is not ideal if you want to be in the center of town. the noise level at night could be quite high, especially during the New Year's celebrations.

The staff were lovely, friendly, warm, and spoke fluent English. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The shower products were fantastic and I loved the eco drive. The foyer area to sit and work was lovely, clean, peaceful, and nicely cooled. The pool looked nice, and there were more outside seats available away from groups of young people.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Olhao. the value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for such a well-appointed hotel. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. I particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool, which provided a relaxing view. The location in the center of Olhao was perfect, with easy access to the station and the bustling streets of the town.

No improvements needed, everything was just right.

We spent almost a week at this beautiful and cozy hotel. The owners have done an amazing job with the architecture and layout of the rooms. Everything was tidy, the air conditioning was quiet, and the breakfast was very good. The small pool area and helpful staff added to a fantastic stay. This is a tiny jewel that we highly recommend.
