The front desk service was professional, the rooms were pleasant, and the surroundings were beautiful. The breakfast facility was excellent and the pool was fantastic. Hotel D Carlos was great value with tastefully decorated grounds and communal areas.

The facilities were fantastic and really added to the vibe of the trip. The breakfast was really varied and tasty, with plenty of options available. the location was central and easily accessible – it was really easy to get around and explore the city. One of the best parts of the stay was the comfortable and cozy atmosphere in the communal areas.

We did experience some confusion with the check-in process, which could have been clearer. while the staff were friendly, their level of competence varied quite a bit.

The location of the hotel offers a stunning view of the small valley and the beautiful village. The rooms have exceptional decor and the beds are very comfortable. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, are friendly and accommodating.

The service in the restaurant can sometimes be lacking, and the breakfast can feel crowded with other guests.
