The hotel had a fantastic old building with original features that gave it a unique and charming atmosphere. Our "superior" room was spacious and comfortable, with a decent en-suite bathroom. The breakfast buffet, although simple, was filling and provided a good start to the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for activities and places to visit in the area. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

The pool, although small, was still a nice spot to cool down in the summer heat. However, it wasn't suitable for swimming.

We stayed in this stunning building in Serpa, which is close to the Alqueva lake. The room had a unique arrangement of bathroom/shower, but the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel also had a small pool in the orange orchard, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. The breakfast was basic but satisfactory. There were lovely gardens across the road to relax in.

The on-site restaurant/snack bar was missing, but we found excellent restaurants within a short walk.

Liked the Ancient Building and Lovely View. The hotel was located in a former convent, and the premise was beautiful with an overgrown garden and a small swimming pool. The view from the front-facing rooms was lovely, overlooking a small square or a park. Plus, the decorated ceiling of the room we stayed in was wonderful.

Disliked the Limited Supplies and Noisy Rooms. The bar/cafeteria had limited supplies and struggled to cope with the number of guests.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The staff provides helpful and friendly service. The bathroom, though small, was adequate for our needs. We enjoyed sitting in the back of the hotel, enjoying a glass of wine and taking in the peaceful atmosphere. Moura itself was a delightful town to explore, with hardly any tourists. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hotel De Moura.

The value for money at this hotel was unbeatable - it felt like staying at a 4-star hotel for the price of a 3-star. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, like a palace. Plus, the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the stunning Alqueva lake just a short drive away. The staff at the hotel were polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We stayed at a beautiful building with a rich history and a stunning rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the town and landscape. The apartment we had, with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, was suitable for our needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly arranging a room change when we requested due to noise isolation concerns. The central location and free parking were added conveniences.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the private parking at the rear of the property. I had no trouble finding a spot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the common areas to my spacious room with high ceilings and a lovely wooden floor. The staff were incredibly nice and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also loved the quiet public garden that was just across the street from the hotel. It provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in this city.

We recently stayed at Hotel De Moura for 3 nights while showing friends around Portugal. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and a TV, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. We loved the location, with secure parking and walking distance to local restaurants. The hotel had a peaceful courtyard and preserved the original character of the building. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Obrigada!
