Our three-night getaway was memorable, thanks to the warm staff and cozy rooms with a stunning view of the Marques de Pombal monument. The breakfast was decent but slightly repetitive. Its location is perfect for metro access, yet quiet enough to keep city noise at bay. Next visit? Surely!

We had an amazing time here, especially the breakfast with a great view of the Praça Marquês de Pombal. The staff really went above and beyond, especially Mr Rodrigues who helped us with our bags and made us feel welcomed right from the start.

my stay was highlighted by the short walk to parc eduardo vii, where i could unwind surrounded by greenery, and the approximately 2 km stroll to the breathtaking lisbon cathedral, making every city exploration feel spontaneous and accessible.

Breakfast was a standout, featuring cottage cheese and other delicious options while overlooking a serene square. However, some noise disturbances from the hallway were noticeable, and the mattress felt quite firm, impacting my sleep quality. Additionally, the shower temperature was difficult to control, oscillating between icy and scalding, which was frustrating during my stay.

I enjoyed the quirky Hollywood theme throughout the hotel, especially the fun lift surprises featuring different stars. The room was spacious and quite comfortable, although the bathrooms felt a bit cramped. The cleanliness was commendable and the breakfast offered a lovely view.
