The hotel's location in the By-ward market made it easy to explore the city. WiFi was excellent, breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even stored our bikes and provided tools for us to fix them. Thank-you!

our family holiday at courtyard was exceptional! the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to market venues, restaurants, and tourist attractions. we were truly impressed and will definitely stay here again.

The complimentary bed in the room was the highlight of our romantic escape. It was so comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the complimentary Keurig coffeemaker which added a nice touch. the location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. Being so close to the market was a bonus and made shopping very convenient. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who were always welcoming.

The noise level in the hotel. We found it quite noisy on a few nights which was unpleasant since we were hoping for a peaceful getaway.
