Upon arrival, Rui at Nova offered a free room upgrade and provided helpful recommendations on local dining and attractions. The hotel's location near transportation was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage and parking was convenient.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby parking. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, offering a great variety of options. The highlight of my stay was the pleasant raised terrace, where I could relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the morning and sunset views. Great location, very close to the city center and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The large terrace was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
