The staff were gracious and accommodating, always willing to help. We also enjoyed the convenience of easy parking in a nearby public garage at a reduced rate. a pleasant and convenient stay.

The housekeeping service was subpar, with dirty dishes and wet towels not being removed, and we had to request basic amenities like toilet paper and soap.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all of my exclusive needs during my stay. The spa lounge was relaxing, and the full body massage was rejuvenating. The sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers, and the leisure room was perfect for watching TV. The restaurant served delicious dinner and the in-room breakfast was outstanding. The private facilities were exclusive, making me feel like a VIP.

Although the staff was friendly and always available, there was some confusion regarding the room type upon check-in. The pictures showed a balcony, but the room did not have one.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything about the hotel was great. The praça is lovely, and the garage located nearby makes parking convenient. Make sure to purchase a day ticket from the upstairs office of the garage for cheaper parking. Easy!
