my recent stay in fatima was amazing, and my overnight stay at santa isabel exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for visiting the sanctuary. everything was in perfect working order and the room was spotless.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Fatima. The location was perfect, just a short 5 minute walk to the Sanctuary. I loved how close it was to the restaurants and cafes to the right of the Sanctuary. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of choices for a continental breakfast. Cleanliness was top-notch, everything was spotless. the hotel facilities were better than a 5-star hotel. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel has a great location, being very close to the sanctuary and easily accessible from the bus station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with outstanding air conditioning and big beds. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. Additionally, the breakfast is good and there are facilities such as a small kitchen area and a terrace with fantastic views.

Some guests mentioned that the noise isolation in the rooms could be improved.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is very close to the sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. It's an ideal choice for those who want to attend all the religious events at the Shrine. The rooms in the top floor suite are really beautiful and practical, with nice comfortable large rooms. The breakfast, although not great, is okay and the available coffee machine serves delicious hot chocolate.

Got complementary drinks & chocolates on arrival, breakfast was good too. Located very close to the main tourist attractions & shopping center which saved a lot on travelling expenses. Room was spacious & clean, liked the comfortable bed the most.

The room didn't have enough heating during winters which made it unbearable to stay indoors for long periods. Some of the staff members were a bit rude, which made the experience less enjoyable.

The only minor drawback was that the elevator did not reach higher than the third floor, but it was worth carrying my bags up an extra flight of stairs to enjoy such a splendid view. I highly recommend Hotel Santa Isabel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic location.
