We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were efficient and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our spacious bedroom was well designed and had excellent noise insulation. We also appreciated the practical small kitchenette, which had all the facilities we needed. The comfortable mattresses ensured a good night's sleep, and the cleaning service kept our room looking spotless. The WiFi was reliable, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the "pastel de nata.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The staff here was excellent and very helpful. They made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel is located in a great area and has many shopping and restaurant options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the hot mini pastel de nata and the fresh juices.

The service staff were great and spoke English well.

We had a pleasant stay in a spacious and modern room with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the rooftops. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff was excellent, accommodating our early flight with breakfast before opening time. Plus, the location is great, within walking distance of downtown and public transport including the train station and Metro.

That noise from the street could be heard in the morning.

We enjoyed the breakfast. It was quite filling and offered lots of choices. During our city break, we also loved being in such a central location. It made it easier for us to navigate the city. the staff was helpful and friendly, and one of the best things was that they offered complementary transfers to the train station and airport. It saved us some money.

The bathroom was a bit of a problem. the shower was damaged and leaked everywhere.
