The hotel is hidden inside a secret garden, which makes it feel like a true oasis in the middle of the city. The service is excellent, with a staff that really knows what hospitality means. They are friendly, helpful and always smiling. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, from free Wi-Fi to a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The garden area is a peaceful and serene place where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We had one of the best hotel experiences at Kriva Cuprija. the location inside Mostar's Old Town was privileged and gave us easy access to the historic sites. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the facilities, although small, were comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the hotel's restaurant, where we ended up eating twice due to the exceptional food. one of the best places we've ever been, and we highly recommend it.

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Old City. Guests can easily walk to the Hindin Han restaurant for traditional Bosnian cuisine. The view of the small river and the UNESCO area from some of the rooms is breathtaking. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and attentive, and breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices.

Some minor details can detract from the overall experience, such as the unstable wifi connection, which can be frustrating for guests.

We loved the delicious breakfast with great coffee and the stunning view from the terrace. Despite the lack of elevator, the walk up the stairs was worth it for the unbeatable location. highly recommend this hidden gem in the heart of the Old Town.

I recently had an amazing experience staying at a property in the centre of Mostar old town. the location was absolutely picturesque, with the famous old bridge just steps away. the rooms were lovely, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. One of the team members even took great care of me when I fell ill from the heat. I was so impressed with my experience that I will definitely be returning and bringing along friends and family.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location of the hotel. It was close to all the major attractions in the city including restaurants, bars, and the famous old bridge. Everything was within easy walking distance, making it convenient for us to explore Mostar.

We spent our New Year's holiday at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit and a variety of other foods available. It was great that they offered complementary tea and coffee, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from a major attraction. We appreciated the fact that they offered off-street parking, since finding parking in this area can be a challenge during peak season.

Despite the many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. the parking space was quite narrow, so larger vehicles would likely struggle to fit in, and there were several sets of stairs to climb, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.
