Ibis exceeded my expectations with their excellent location and neighborhood. While not in the very center, I found the location to be perfect for mobility. With a metro station nearby, I had easy access to two metro lines and public buses that took me anywhere in the center within 20 minutes. Additionally, there were many connections to Sintra from the nearby station. The neighborhood itself was nice and orderly, with business buildings and convenient shops for breakfast and groceries.

the room was incredibly small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to move around. The bed was also very uncomfortable, with a mattress that seemed to sink in the middle.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk to the Saldanha metro station which provides easy access to the airport. The neighborhood is lovely with nice little shops for breakfast and supermarkets nearby. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the breakfast is exceptional. The rooms are small but efficient with decent cupboard space and the bathrooms have large towels.

The garage entrance/exit is tight and the parking spaces are small, making it challenging for guests with bigger cars.

The location is excellent, close to the city centre and the underground station. Very convenient for exploring the city and getting to the airport. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to shops and bars. It's also really close to the Metro, so you do n't need to worry about not being in the center. Another advantage is the underground parking right next door.

The bedside tables lack power outlets, which would be helpful.

noisy surroundings

The hotel was conveniently located near the metro line going to the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flight. We also enjoyed the proximity to the historic quarters, allowing us to explore the city's rich history. The staff were kind and attentive, even providing a replacement phone charger when ours didn't work.

The rooms were small and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

We had a lovely three-night stay at Ibis Lisboa Saldanha. the breakfast was nice and the staff, who were all excellent English-speakers, were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and conveniently located near a metro station and a large shopping center. the views from our room were great, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the option to buy pillows if we wanted to take them home. it was great value for the price and highly recommended.
