We had the pleasure of staying at the Hospes hotel during our recent trip to Porto. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay truly exceptional. They promptly answered all our inquiries before arrival and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained and comfortable, with a delightful breakfast featuring a wide variety of options. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nightlife, restaurants, and attractions like the Lello bookstore. We would definitely stay at the Hospes hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Porto.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hospes. The hotel's beautiful, classical building instantly captured our attention. The decor throughout the hotel is simply stunning, fit for a 5-star experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exuded a sense of luxury.

Although we had a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of replacement for toiletries and the slow service in the evening restaurant, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience we had at Hospes.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, allowing guests to explore the attractions on foot. The Vogue Cafe, situated right in the center, offers a stylish and convenient dining experience. The hotel's interior, from the lobby to the restaurant, bar, and rooms, showcases a blend of antique and contemporary furnishings, creating a unique atmosphere.

Some past guests reported poor sound isolation in the rooms.

The complimentary Christmas sweets and chocolates were a nice touch. the hotel location was convenient for exploring the city without being in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The room was tiny with an uncomfortable bed and lack of space to move around. Despite being advertised as soundproof, the noise from the street was constant and kept me up at night.

Beautifully decorated hotel in a great, central location just outside the old town and very close to excellent restaurants. Nice big room with large en-suite and super comfy bed. Also, excellent breakfasts.

This hotel is pretty good. It's located in the center of town, making it easy to get to all of the main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to help you out. The interior of the hotel is impressive, with beautiful decor and furnishings. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and plenty of amenities.

There was a problem with the noise levels at night, which made it difficult to sleep. It lasted until the early hours of the morning, and was very bothersome.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations with exclusive amenities such as a luxurious in-room breakfast and a stunning sun terrace. the helpful and attentive staff provided impeccable service throughout my stay. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions. the only minor issue was with the outdoor swimming pool, which was quite small.

The outdoor swimming pool was smaller than expected and not as refreshing as I had hoped. the other leisure facilities more than made up for it, and the attentive staff fulfilled all my other luxurious needs.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its elegant decor and grandeur. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easy to explore the city on foot. the complimentary glass of wine and the special surprise for our anniversary were a lovely touch.

The lack of a proper shower seal caused a major water leak in our bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. I also wish we had been informed about the parking options beforehand to avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot.
