The airport shuttle service was also very convenient, especially for late-night arrivals. my stay at this hotel was made enjoyable by the accessible facilities and the helpful staff.

Stayed at a hotel in Portugal with an amazing location, right in the centre of town with easy access to transport options. The room was very comfortable with thoughtful touches like a coffee maker and late breakfast until 11.00am. The staff provided really good service and the hotel had a modern design while preserving its authentic details. a highly recommended experience.

The hotel had a great location, with everything right in the center and easily accessible by metro. We loved the restaurant within the hotel, Bastardo, and enjoyed the fantastic breakfast with a variety of cold meats and cheeses. The staff provided great service, and the room and bathroom were clean and modern. We loved the view of the square from the breakfast room.

The hotel lacked an iron and did not offer pressing services, which would have been useful to have during our stay.

Ac didn't work in superior room.

This hotel is located at a busy square, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail, with basic amenities and rooms for the towels that are perfect for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the big windows - even in the bathroom - offer a similar view of a nearby store and nice coffee.

Had a great time exploring the city during the Christmas holidays. The hotel offered complimentary drinks and cookies, which were a nice touch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything we wanted to see. Plus, the hotel had a nice bar to hang out in during the evenings.

Our room was very noisy and we struggled to get a good night's sleep. the air conditioning unit was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably warm.
