The plumbing was noisy, which was a bit annoying. the bar staff seemed eager to close up and weren't very welcoming when we wanted to stay for a bit longer.

All was flawless - a perfect stay!

The staff were lovely and the food was great. the bed was very comfortable and the beer served was excellent. the lunch and evening meals were good quality and generous in size. We also enjoyed the warm welcome from the hosts.

The room wasn't as clean as we had hoped. There were lots of cobwebs and thick dust on the ceiling fan.

The location of the hotel is lovely, with a beautiful garden overlooking the countryside. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with a bunk bed in the family room that is perfect for children. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pub offers great food and service, and breakfast was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming venue tucked away in the countryside. The personal service provided by Chris and Heather made us feel right at home. The food at the cozy bar and restaurant was exceptional, especially the homemade 3-course meal we enjoyed for a great price. Despite the limited breakfast options, the hot and appetizing meal satisfied us, although my husband wished for an extra sausage. The warm welcome and congenial ambiance added to our overall positive experience. We'll definitely be recommending this fantastic venue to friends and family.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me, even finding a fan to combat the heatwave. The food in the restaurant was amazing, and the homemade three-course meal was exceptional. Despite a few minor issues, such as the room needing dusting and the pillows being lumpy, overall, I had a pleasant stay. The inn also had a nice balcony and a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the area.

A cosy bar and restaurant where dogs are welcome. Lovely and spacious room with remote control for lights and ceiling fan. Separate area for bunk beds. Delicious food, especially the pate and pork steak. Friendly and helpful staff.
