Staff kind, spacious room, good decoration, nice views, fabulous spa baths, amazing staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town. We loved the beautiful area it was in, surrounded by a pond out back. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with amazing spa baths and lovely views. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the dinner was excellent. We also really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the kids' playing room. the service, the amenities, and the atmosphere of this place were all top-notch.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the fantastic staff and the clean rooms with comfortable amenities. The breakfast selection was great, offering a good variety of food to choose from. I also enjoyed the spa, which was reasonably priced and had a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to major highways and just a short taxi ride away from the city center.

The cardio equipment in the gym needed some maintenance, as some machines were broken. the location of the hotel made it difficult to find nearby restaurants or food options.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel with themed rooms. Our 'Castle' room was beautifully designed and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the view was breathtaking. The free parking and excellent WiFi were a bonus. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The price we paid for all of this was unbeatable. We can't wait to come back for a longer visit.

The staff is professional and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is good. The breakfast is the best I've had so far. Great for business travelers and tourists. Close to Leira, Fatima, and Batalha. The outside pool is great in summer.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a pond out back. The rooms have cool designs and are spacious. The staff is very nice and the hotel is clean. The breakfast offers a good selection. The spa is amazing and reasonably priced.

The soundproofing in the bedrooms could be improved.

Brand New & Reasonable: Recently opened hotel with themed rooms at a great price. Great View & Comfortable Bed: Enjoyed a stunning view of the countryside and had a comfy bed.Friendly Staff & Excellent Wi-Fi: The staff were helpful, friendly, and spoke good English. Wi-Fi worked perfectly even in my room.

No Restaurant & Remote Location: Had to use the car to go for lunch/dinner as there was no on-site restaurant and the hotel was far from the city. Loud Music at the Pool: The pool had fantastic facilities, but the music was too loud for my taste.

I got great value for my money at Lisotel - Hotel & Spa. The room was fantastic, especially with the direct entrance from the garage. The location was peaceful and perfect for a romantic weekend. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast choices could be improved with a bit more variety.
